What RAID levels do you support?

We support all standard RAID levels including RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, and 60. Need performance, redundancy, or a balance of both? We’ll help you choose the right configuration.

Do your systems come pre-configured?

Yes. All IronRAID systems can be fully staged before delivery—including RAID configuration, OS installation, network settings, and burn-in testing.

What’s the difference between IP-SAN and DAS?

IP-SAN uses your existing network to provide block-level storage across multiple systems. DAS (Direct Attached Storage) connects directly to a host via SAS or other high-speed links—ideal for local, ultra-fast access.

Are your systems NDAA compliant?

Yes. We offer fully NDAA-compliant configurations, using vetted components suitable for government, defense, and security-sensitive deployments.

Can I expand later with JBOD or SAS enclosures?

Absolutely. IronRAID supports seamless expansion via SAS-based JBOD systems and SES-aware shelves. We also support multipath connectivity for failover and performance balancing.

What support options are available?

We offer standard 3-year hardware warranties, optional extended support plans, and both remote and onsite service contracts. You’ll always get direct access to real engineers—no call centers.

Can I customize airflow, PSU redundancy, or rack layout?

Yes. We offer advanced chassis options including front-to-back airflow, high-efficiency redundant power, tool-less trays, and short-depth enclosures for space-constrained racks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. IronRAID systems can ship worldwide, with freight and customs documentation available upon request. Contact us to discuss lead times and export requirements.
